Who We Are

SwingPoint was formed to provide project management services and pursue development and investment opportunities in New England, with a strong focus on Southern Maine. 

SwingPoint oversees all phases of real estate development, investment and project management of institutional, commercial and residential real estate projects. Our work entails partnership at every stage of the process, with attention to every detail:

  • Identifying and acquiring properties

  • Community and governmental relations and permitting 

  • Vetting and hiring architects and contractors

  • Traffic infrastructure on site and beyond

  • Managing the design and construction process through completion
