Sam Reiche rezoned and redeveloped this historic rooming house in Boston’s South End, and created two large condominium units over a two-year project schedule.  The units included a garden triplex with three bedrooms, a den, two and half bathrooms and a private terrace, and a penthouse duplex with two bedrooms, a den, two and a half bathrooms, a rear deck and a private roof deck.  Sale prices for these units set new records for the South End neighborhood at the time.
