The scope of the Roux Institute campus includes a new 245,000 SF academic and research building, a new 608-car parking garage with an attached childcare center, and the renovation of a 58,000 SF historic factory building, all on a landscaped 13.5 acre waterfront parcel. This assignment began with a draft concept and is currently under construction with completion scheduled for late 2027.
