This project started with the acquisition of the site from Boston Medical Center as part of a larger portfolio investment, then the property was rezoned and permitted for the luxury multifamily project.  Sam Reiche lead the design and construction teams from permitting through occupancy of the first phase (300 units), along with design through the start of construction of the second phase (additional 300 units).  The first phase was delivered in August of 2020 and quickly became one of the most desirable full-service apartment buildings in Boston.
