SwingPoint was formed in 2024 to provide project management services and pursue development and investment opportunities in New England, with a strong focus on Southern Maine. 

The firm started around an initial project: the creation of the new and permanent campus of the Roux Institute at Northeastern University. This world-class graduate complex on Casco Bay in Portland is one of the largest construction projects in Maine history. SwingPoint’s Owners’ Project Management team has led design, permitting and construction efforts since the project’s inception.
